Project Description

Parbat, 30 December 2025 — The Bhagya Bokne Jhola project was successfully implemented at Shree Matedewal Jansahyogi Secondary School, Parbat, benefiting 100 students from the school. Under this initiative, students received essential educational support including school bags, stationery items, school uniforms, and sports materials, helping to ease their learning journey.
RC Gongabu collaborated in the project led by the Rotary Club of Kathmandu with the Rotary Clubs of Balaju, Gongabu, Hetauda, Kathmandu Circle, Kathmandu Height, Kathmandu Metro, Matribhumi Baluwatar, Patan, Rajdhani, and Tinkune Kathmandu—reflecting strong inter-club cooperation and Rotary’s collective commitment to education.
Programs such as Bhagya Bokne Jhola hold special significance within Rotary as they aim to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds and reduce barriers to education. By providing essential learning materials and uniforms, the initiative encourages regular school attendance, boosts student motivation, and contributes to a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.
The program was conducted in the gracious presence of Mr. Achyut Tiwari, Ward Chairperson of Phalewas Municipality–4, Mudikuwa, Parbat, whose support further strengthened the impact of the initiative.
